Looking at the chart below, you can see that it is not easy matter to lose the fat and build the muscles, but for 2006, I intend to put more effort into cardio, while maintaining my muscles. I intend to include such exercises into my cardio such as high reps of "Jerk & Cleans" and "Cable Woodman's Chop" as well as "Reverse Curls on the Exercise Ball. (See Swissball Routines, exercise 6.
