Dave has been a good friend for several years and has helped me a great deal with lots of advice with regard to weight training, my routines, health and nutrition.

I include Dave on my pages, not only because I class him as one of my very good friends, but also. because he is someone I greatly admire and who has always been there for me when I needed help or advice and is always ready to share a joke and have a laugh. Another reason he also proves the fact that age is no barrier to bodybuilding and the sport is not restricted only to the realms of the young. Indeed, at 52, Dave has just been placed 4th in the Masters Men Over 50 at the Border States Contest. CONGRATULATIONS Dave, you are amazing. (Picture of Dave in contest to follow) Nevertheless, Dave inspires me a great deal and is a great guy to know and have as a friend. He is a worthy man to know.
